Provided that persons concerned want to utilize special services offered via our website, processing of personal data may be required, which we in compliance of the relevant regulations, especially the Federal Data Protection (Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes - BDSG) and the Digital Service Act (Digitale Dienste Gesetz) save and process.

In certain cases (e.g. for registration, download of programs, web forms, sample analyses, warranty registrations,...) personal data such as name, address or contact details are required for the use of the offer. By providing the requested data, you consent to its processing.

You can request services from the FRITSCH GmbH • Milling and Sizing via web forms. In this case we will ask you your name, e-mail and additional information. For verification we need some information, which we mark as mandatory fields. Your data used for processing and contacting will be saved on an especially protected server in Germany. Access to this server is only possible for a few specially authorized persons who are concerned with the technological, commercial or editorial care of the server.

If you have registered for the FRITSCH Newsletter, we will process your data provided during registration. 2. Retention duration of personal data

Purposes of processing, recipients and legal basis
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Art. 6 No. 1 letter b) DSGVO exclusively for the purpose of filling vacancies within our company. As a matter of principle, your data will only be forwarded to the internal departments responsible for the specific application procedure. Your application data will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties.

Application procedure
The application procedure requires that applicants provide us with their application data. The necessary applicant data is derived from the job descriptions and basically includes personal details, postal and contact addresses and the documents belonging to the application, such as cover letter, CV and certificates. In addition, applicants can voluntarily provide us with additional information.

By submitting their application to us, applicants agree to the processing of their data for the purposes of the application procedure in accordance with the type and scope described in this data protection declaration.

Insofar as special categories of personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 Para. 1 DSGVO are voluntarily communicated as part of the application procedure, their processing is also carried out in accordance with Art. 9 Para. 2 letter b DSGVO - General Data Protection Regulation - (e.g. health data, such as severely disabled status or ethnic origin).

Applicants still have the option of sending us their application by mail. In the event of a successful application, the data provided by the applicants may be processed by us for the purposes of the employment relationship. Otherwise, if the application for a job offer is not successful, the applicants' data is deleted. Applicants' data is also deleted if an application is withdrawn, which applicants are entitled to do at any time.

Deleting applicant data
Subject to a justified revocation by the applicants, the deletion will take place after the expiry of a period of four months, so that we can answer any follow-up questions regarding the application and meet our obligations to provide evidence under the Equal Treatment Act. Invoices for any reimbursement of travel expenses will be archived in accordance with tax law requirements.
