Our ANALYSETTE 22 on tour in Africa

Our highly sensitive high-end device, our laser particle sizer ANALYSETTE 22 proved its robustness and resilience during a trip to Africa. Our A22 was transported by Maik Paluga, our specialist for particle measurement devices, David Odour, technical director for Vision Africa, and Paul Kawunde, product manager Uganda, on partly very bumpy, dusty roads and temperatures of up to 30 through Kenya and Uganda.

During numerous demonstrations, our high-sensitivity laser impressed with its performance. The industries from which the prospective customers for our lasers came were wide-ranging: from  the cement and pharmaceutical industries, the Ministry of Mines (Petroleum) among others the International Institute for Standards (Standards, Uganda). The forensic laboratory of the Uganda Federal Police will use our Particle Sizer to analyse soil samples. They explained to our colleague that "With this technology you can't prove anything but you can rule out many things, thus adding another piece to the puzzle. "
